M-UConn tix from Uconn site - received? Demand?
Has anyone received M-UCONN tix ordered from the UCONN site? I ordered, and my confirmation said they would be mailed in August if "approved." They have already been billed to my credit card but that can be easily reversed.
Anyone know what demand was like for UCONN's allotment?
... I would keep an eye on your credit card account for a refund.
I can't see why UConn would want some M fans sitting in the middle of their block.
There are still tix available for that game on mgoblue.com.
I bought from them for the BBall game at Storrs a few years ago. no problem.
Up until recently, the Connecticut tickets were only available as a package. I can't go to all three games.
I am in same boat waiting I hope they come through with the tickets. keep me posted as I will do the same
You're sounding a little paranoid. For one thing, UConn has no way of knowing if the purchaser is a Michigan fan or not. And the notion that a major athletic department would look to scam fans on ticket purchases is a bit farfetched.
I called the UConn ticket office a few days ago. They said to me that my tickets would be shipped out August 16. Also, if your interested, they were able to gander my section/row/seat when I asked (rep told me it was a guess because its just #s to them like 15 28 5-7, instead of something like Section 15 Row 28 Seats 5-7). Hope this helps.

Thanks. I sat in section 15 for years until I gave up the season tickets this year. Perhaps they will sell me my old seats.
I ordered Meineke Bowl tickets from them when they went to it a couple years back and had no problems. I ordered the club level and they even let me select the row and seats via email. They are a very efficient and friendly bunch. You'll get the tickets and in plenty of time. No worries. Oh and their fans seemed pretty cool too. Not cocky or arrogant like some teams we know. Enjoy the game!
