Lou Holtz and Lloyd Carr

Submitted by alabluema on
Did anyone see Lloyd's "call" to Lou Holtz during halftime (I think) of the Alabama Clemson game? In what seemed like a pre-taped call, Lloyd asked Lou if he had any tips for his putting and chipping. Lou said he couldn't help with that, but had four things to keep in mind during retirement -- 1) have someone to love; 2) have something to believe in; 3) have something to do; 4) have something to look forward to. The whole thing was excruciating.

It kind of bummed me out.  Lou "Holth" is a total hypocrite.  I was disturbed to see Lloyd get involved in such a dumb ass MSM bit.  I'm hoping Lloyd was just bored and was excited to get involved in something that he would have given a stern look at in his coaching days.

Everyone go find yourselves a copy of Under the Tarnished Dome.  Lou Holsch is an asshole who cheated everywhere he ever coached, was a dick to his players, and doesn't seem to be liked by anyone.  The whole "aw, shucks!  i'm an old ball coach!" routine on ESPN is a total sham.
