If he does come back next year, this team will be a top ten team with a great chance of making the Final Four.  They will have Duncan Robinson.  They will actually have their entire team back except for Bielfeld, IIRC.  They will have the memory of what is turning out to be a disappointing season fresh in their minds for motivation.

It looks like the growth curve is about to accelerate for a lot of young players.  I still think there is an outside chance of this team making the NCAA Tournament, but the odds have obviously become a lot greater.

Good luck to Caris LeVert and may he have a speedy and full recovery, whatever he decides to do next.

Unless we get some big time recruit(s), we're nowhere near a Final4 team. Maybe a fringe top25 team. Our recruiting has been abysmal. It looks like Dawkins and MAAR are better than Chatman and Donnal.

Way too early to say it. Youth and early departure has finally caught up to Michigan.

Chatman was a 5* recruit with Wilson as a high 4*. Zak Irvin was a 5* with Walton as a high 4*. FOH with that statement.

JB landed Teske a high 4* recruit for class of 2016. Michigan is in play for Jaylen Brown who will be visiting the team and is a 2015 recruit. They're in a lot of 2016 prospects

there will still be very little production at the #4 or #5 position.  and levert is very likely done here.

2016-17 has a chance to compete for the BIG title, assuming good production out of doyle and wilson.

Holly shit. Wow this team is going to be almost unwatchable the rest of the season. The only upside is maybe he doesn't go pro now but who knows.

the only thing that may be postive out of a mostly crap situation.  It was going to be a slog even with Caris, but surely they're going to take their lumps now. Can they learn and grow from them in order to position themselves for next year? Let's hope.  Pressures and expectations for balance of this year will be low, so  maybe that will help them play freely.

He was having a great year. I hope he heals and gets back to his top level. On a positive note, does that mean he stays next year?...Please mean that.

Game over. Season over. Bringing everyone back next year and adding Robinson. Let's get the young guys some run and brace for a big push in the 2015-16 season.

This will be even more of a rebuilding year than it already was. It'll be interesting to see if Beilein can get something out of Chatman and if Irvin steps up. Hope Caris has a full recovery and comes back strong next year. He seems like a great guy and was the most reliable player we had.

Next man up. It's time to step up, guys. It's your time now.

Don't let any injury define this season.
