Among the less watched games, Washington State is only down 4 to Auburn at halftime. As a matter of fact, It seems like Leach has begun the next stage of the implementation of the "Air Raid" at WSU, as 264 of the Cougars' 283 yards are passing yards.

Nebraska is playing like they're still on summer vacation. Lucky to get that score, really.

Never bought Nebraska as Legends winner.  Lost 8 starters off a crap defense, and they look like it.  O-line hasn't looked too great either, from what I've seen.  Martinez has been forced to scramble a lot.

Is it going to be another "the BIG ten blows" year? State looked bad. Ohio? Not super impressive. Purdue, yikes. Illinois and Iowa, weak. Now Nebraska looking like they're going to be in a game with a team they're favored to beat by 31. Lets are what northwestern does.

Fake injury. 3 seconds left. Oregon State just made a huge catch.

3 secs left

OSU reciever is hurt still down and the 3 sec will let OSU to have enough time to spike the ball and and/or kick the FG in an attempt to tie

So to sum up the past three days-

  • Towson humiliates UConn 33-18
  • North Dakota State hands defending Big 12 champ K-State their first season opening loss since 1981, 24-21
  • WVU escapes vs William & Mary, 24-17
  • Illinois escapes the choke hall of fame with a 42-34 win over Southern Illinois
  • Eastern Washington beats #25 Oregon State 49-46
  • BC pulls ahead late to hold off Villanova 24-14

So much for these FCS games being cupcakes. Nobody is safe anymore and perhaps ADs should do their homework before they schedule FCS teams.

Because scheduling good ones is asking for an upset. They will already be taken lightly, so you better make sure they are a shitty FCS team.
