So to sum up the past three days-
- Towson humiliates UConn 33-18
- North Dakota State hands defending Big 12 champ K-State their first season opening loss since 1981, 24-21
- WVU escapes vs William & Mary, 24-17
- Illinois escapes the choke hall of fame with a 42-34 win over Southern Illinois
- Eastern Washington beats #25 Oregon State 49-46
- BC pulls ahead late to hold off Villanova 24-14
So much for these FCS games being cupcakes. Nobody is safe anymore and perhaps ADs should do their homework before they schedule FCS teams.
Because scheduling good ones is asking for an upset. They will already be taken lightly, so you better make sure they are a shitty FCS team.
