Just watched the rivals practice video from this week, and I saw Feagins get some reps. Has he been getting reps in previous weeks or is this a new development?

Mallett's HS completion percentage was in the 50's, IIRC.  The book on him has always been that he has great upside but lacks polish (and maturity).
