I don't use any social media and am shocked at how seemingly smart people (not including Coach Harbaugh here) bypass common sense filters and post their thoughts instantly. People have been fired, arrested, ostracized and all kinds of bad shit for this dumbness. Harbaugh apparently knows how to use it but this idea of throwing your innermost thoughts out there is foreign to me. But I'm old so there's that
