IU's RB Willis out for year

Looks like Perry the ACLephant is now lashing out at Purdue's biggest rival.
It seems that season ending injuries have effected the Big 10 more than usual. Purdue's chance at any offensive production, PSU's o-line, Iowa's running backs, IU's only glimmer of a running game, OSU's starting safety, Woolfolk
And it is only week 7.

Affected.
If you think of "affect" as a verb and "effect" as a noun, you'll use them correctly 90% of the time.

So if I wish to affect a change in my life and improve my emotional effect, then I should use "effect" as a noun and "affect" as a verb?

But these knee injuries are a mind fuck. I tore my ACL five years ago and even though it is basically 100% I don't feel comfortable doing anything active without wearing serious armour. I can't imagine the fear that a high level athlete (Vincent Smith, Carvin Johnson) must feel with bodies flying around them all the time worrying about re-injuring it.

I destroyed the acl-pcl AND the mcl all in one shot, knee dislocation and it didnt "pop" back into place until the Dr. and his assistants put it back in place rt there on the field...linebacker tackled the ball carrier into the side of my leg....snap. All in a Tuesday afternoon practice no less.
technology rebuilt it...played again and havent had any "other than usually" aches and pains...BUT..... The injury is a mind-cramp tho.
