The intruiging possibility of 4 more years of Hart puns
Probably the most well known 2011 recruit for Michigan fans is Demetrius(sp?) Hart. By all accounts he is an incredible talent and heavy michigan lean, thanks to our number one recruiter Ricardo Miller.
He sounds like a great player, however, I was thinking back to the literary genius from the newspapers the last time there was a diminutive running back named Hart at michigan. We were left with gems such as; "Hart Attack" and "running with Hart" and so on and so forth.
My question is, assuming Demetrius comes here, will the papers be able to step up the challenge? Did they exhaust their creative Hart puns the last time around or are they ready for more?
Also, anyone have any personal favorite newspaper headlines from the Hart years?
I believe that they will not only meet the challenge, but rise above and show off the full potential of the english language.
I, for one, am ready for a Hart-y laugh.
I don't think the actual writers of the article write the headlines. But the guys who do probably think they're clever and will use them again.

When I wrote for some student papers, I was told again and again not to submit headlines. That was the editor's job. But I kept submitting them, because his sucked.
My fav. headline ever was when Billups lit up some team that the Pistons previously had lost to, and the Freep printed up this headline gem: "A Second Chaunce"
If he plays as well Hart did, I'm up for another four years of the exact same stuff.
Means nothing if he can't beat Ohio State....

is going to get way hyped just based on the fact that his last name is Hart (or at least hyped by Michigan fans). I'm curious, though, is Demetrius related to Mike at all?

He will probably be a 4 star player because of his size.
Check out his Freshman and Sophmore highlights. He is quick and makes a lot of people miss. Perfect fit for RR offense.

I thought Michigan would be too dishartened to go on after his graduation. It's good to know that's not the case.
