On the first Tuesday following 100% certainty that he is our coach ( i.e. Jim Harbaugh utters the words "I am going to be the next coach at the University of Michigan" or anything close to that), I will buy the first 100 pints of beer at Ashley's in Ann Arbor. I work until 6:00 P.M. And probably will not be able to get there until 8. But beers are on me. To qualify for FREE BEER all you need to do is wear a Michigan hat. If the announcement comes on a Tuesday, it will need to happen before 5:00 that day so that I may notify Mrs. UofMDDS96 and make it up there. If it is after 5:00, then it will be the next Tuesday. Tuesday because Iam off on Wednesday. All rght. Let's make this happen. HARBAUGH!!

but also count me as wanting coach H to come here because he sees this as a crusade against what is frankly an unjust state of the universe. In their heart of hearts, even buckeye fans know that this current state of being is unhealthy, not that those pricks would not be happy with 30 wins in a row.  

I bleed blue and I want coach Harbaugh here, if he wants to be here.  Coach H is going to command major quid no matter what, so that will not be the issue.  I want him here because he has seen that the universe is totally f-ed up and that he can personally set a direction to fix it.

My first year of dental school I had to pay out of state tuition and room and board.  It cost me almost $10,000 difference.  Not making that mistake again.  My dad lived in Michigan and my mom lived in Toledo, where I grew up.  I applied to both OSU and UM got into both.  Used each respective school's in state address.  Michigan did not believe me and my driver's license was less than a year old so my in state status was denied.  It was a bad day.

"Free beer" and all for the sundry fee of wearing a Michigan hat? Yes, please. In reality, I was sold at "free beer", but I don't mind some minor effort in order to get said beer.

I'll throw in the first 10-15 orders of fish and chips perhaps, if all this occurs. Money well spent in celebration in such a scenario, I would imgine.

I'll give a fist pump! Watch The Notebook with my fiancé who's been trying to get me to watch it for years. I'll take my kids to see either Taylor Swift or a boy band of their choice. And then I'll obsess about who the coordinators will be. Then re subscribe to every recruiting site to see which recruits the staff will poach away from other now inferior programs. Then eat a raw onion. Just for shits and giggles.

now that the 49ers have been mathematically eliminated if time will play out in the 49ers front office?  Meaning in my mind I can see them taking a week, week and half or two to get things set.  If that is the case a Tuesday during my Christmas break from teaching would be quite nice!   So I think to myself would it be worth the drive for one free pint?  Maybe?   Maybe I enjoy the free pint and purchase some of my own?  Maybe I bring one of my Backwoods Bastards over and give as a gift to you?  This could be a pretty cool evening!
