If Lebron played football....

What position do you guys think Lebron would play if he played football and how good do you think he would be? I honestly think he would be a beast speed rusher at either OLB or DE.

He was the top wide reciever prospect in Ohio back when he played for St. Vincent St. Mary, but I think he would be a dominant DE. They actually asked LeBron this question last year and he said that he thought he would probably be a DE in the NFL.

I think he is too tall for anything but TE or LT. I think he would be better at TE because his natural refusal to dribble and tendency to run while charging every opposing player on his way to the hoop would fit well with what would be expected from a TE. Plus LeBron doesn't know how to play defense, so anything on that side of the ball is out of the question.

Period. Can't see him anywhere else, though you'd obviously split him out wide in the red zone and just throw jump balls at him every time. Which would be awesome.

i dont see wut wood drive somone to say hed make a good tight end. we know nothing about his tackling ability, we know nothing about his leg strenght, we know nothing about his shedding technique. 6'8 wood prob make him the tallest DE iv ever heard of. all we know his hes fast and has great upper body strength. however at hybrid TE, we know hes got all the necessary skills: fast, tall, good agility, high leaper, good hands, good upper body strength. the reason i say hybrid is b/c we have no idea if he can block at all.

That is what he played in high school. He has the best combination of speed, size and leaping ability i have ever seen. It would be nearly impossible to stop him on jump balls short of triple teaming him. He would excel at several other postions as well, but I think having him at WR would change the game way more than any others I think he would probably have been the best that ever played and no I'm not exxagerating.
