This is how we always used to eat it in Dallas.

The rest of the gator meat can be discarded; it's not worth the hassle.

Keep the skin, however:  Gator leather makes the longest lasting boots you've seen.  Handsome looking, too.

Will taste like chicken and sweet, sweet defeat no matter what.  On an unrelated note, does ESPN have a contract with UF?  From Tom Luginbill to Todd Blackledge on the Paul Finebaum show, all I hear is how athletic UF is compared to Michigan.  Yet no mention about UF"s banged up line / inexperience against what looks to be one of the most dominant defensive lines in the country and inexperienced backup RB's for Florida picking up exotic blitzes from the Mad Hatter, Don Brown.  Are they contractually obligated to ignore probably the biggest deciding factors, the trenches, when doing these interviews and leaning towards the SEC because of Finebaum?
