Homecoming Activities
Has anything been released about special activites for the Homecoming game this year? It's been a long time since I've attended a UM homecoming, and I'm wondering if they typically do more than the regular FanFest beforehand, or if there's still a parade or anything family friendly like that before the game. Any information is appreciated!

They're still on campus. Mudbowl is still happening as far as I know but I do not know if it will be on homecoming weekend. (it hasn't been the past couple of years).

I believe they stopped doing the Homecoming Parade.
The Alumni Association does a "Tailgate" event you can buy tickets to that includes food and has the band come by and play. Here's the details http://alumni.umich.edu/sports/football/football-tailgates

I have been to several homecoming games in the past, and I don't notice anything that much different from a fan's perspective. Then again - I am not a UM graduate, so I don't actively seek out alumni events.
Traffic is the same, tailgating is the same - there has never been any extra pre-game fan friendly things - only extra things for alumni.

All I know about homecoming as of now is that there's a lot more old people on campus.

Danny Hope will have a booth where you can try on his mustache. How will he accomplish this? Easy, he doesn't grow his mustache, it's actually a living creature which attaches itself to his upper lip and feeds on cruciate ligaments and has become quite the asshole through osmosis.

Not a student so I don't know what the student body does and I have no idea what the Alumni do/don't do. The only thing I've heard of is that tailgate James Angel mentioned

So -- off topic admittedly -- how did SAE get back in business? I'm very glad to hear it, btw. What a mountain-out-of-a-molehill that scandal was! It wasn't great behavior; but it wasn't much of a crime against humanity, either.
