I woke up not that long ago with the same old problem of not being a morning person yet being faced with a noon game - I need to scramble to get something that looks like a breakfast, some coffee and enough awareness to actually get my ass to Ann Arbor. Fortunately, it's only a 20-minute haul....untill we get to the city....then we park in my cousin's driveway and walk another 20 minutes.

Oh well, somehow I'll get there by gametime.

I'm up early for a Saturday, making my son toast before he heads to take the ACT for the fourth time. Back in the day, you took it once and lived with the score. 

 

Anyway, my butt will be on the couch at 11 AM central. Then probably a nap, then up again for the night games. These are the days.....

I wish I could just sleep in and wake up like 10 minutes before the game, watch the end of Gameday, and then game time.

But no. My stupid body wakes me up five interminable hours before start time.

Dark gray (almost black) jersey, black pants, black helmet with red stripe. Holy shit they are disgusting. At least our maize unis last week were a school color. The only hint of school color they have in theirs is the stripe on the helmet and swoosh on the pants.
