They actually have a very nice campus. I have been to many of the colleges down south and it has to be up there as one of the best.

People are pretty friendly there and the fan base is die hard (though also alittle unrealistic)

I am really not bothered by this. He could be a solid player or never turn into anything worthy of a starting spot. When I watched his highlight of his play in Denmark this season he just doesn't dominate like a top prospect should at that level of competition. With this small of a class I think there are better players we can get.

Honestly, I think his arms are to(o) short.  My honest evaluation...but good luck to him nevertheless.

I believe this means we will face Froholdt then when we play Arkansas in the OOC schedule in a few years. I would be curious to see how he looks with a couple years in the system down there, because the film on him looked pretty good, I thought. In any case, good luck to him down in Arkansas.

Actually, I think Settle looks more like a nose tackle, but he could play either the 1-tech or the 3-tech.

Names I've heard bandied about as potential tackle offerees include Anthony Rush (NC) and Mississippi State commit T.D. Moton (LA).

There's also a guy named Rasheem Greene who attends high school with Dwight Williams and Adoree' Jackson out in California, Darvin Taylor (VA), and Elijah Taylor (OH), who seem like possibilities based on the way Michigan has recruited in recent years.

I don't know if I would say that. In the recruiting game, it rarely plays out well, period. Teams take roughly 20-25 kids per class, but Michigan offers 130-200 guys or so every recruiting cycle.

Guys like Dan Samuelson, Reon Dawson, Tamani Carter, Roy Roundtree, Russell Bellomy, etc. were clearly second options. They still ended up as Wolverines.

I don't really know that we're playing a recruiting game with Settle. From what I've gathered, Michigan just isn't very interested in him. They invited him to come along with Hand because...why not? But it doesn't really seem like they're stringing him along while other guys decide. I could be wrong. For all I know, they might offer him tomorrow now that Froholdt is off the board. But signs so far point to Settle being a ways down the list, or perhaps not even on Michigan's board.
