this can begin the Henne era for good. Yeah, I think I'd enjoy that.

That dude looks like a teenager, minus the acne farm. Hopefully Henne can impress and become the starter.

doesn't seem like they trust Henne much..

I think they're just trying to ease him in.
I think Henne will be fine this game. IMO, an interesting question would be whether or not the offensive scheme Dolphins run is beneficial for a guy like Henne.
Pennington isn't a long ball kinda guy, short quick passes, creative plays are his forte. I'm not a football guru by any stretch, but having watched Henne his four years, I just know he's a different QB than Pennington.

Pick 6. Damn.

How do you watch this game in Ohio?
September 27th, 2009 at 6:24 PM ^
a Tv, a computer, or electricity, so....
I'm assuming you don't live in Ohio.

I hope Henne gets the comeback victory.

I took henne in the last round of all 5 of my fantasy leagues.
September 27th, 2009 at 6:28 PM ^
he's not getting much help, is he?

Henne's a little off target but his WRs are dropping everything. Ginn has terrible hands.
September 27th, 2009 at 6:35 PM ^
Ginn dropped two potential TDs last game.

I was always bewildered as to why Ginn went so high in the draft. As a receiver at OSU, he was exceptionally fast, but his route running and hands were both sub-par. No different in the pros, it would seem.

Henne with a bad pass that got intercepted for a pick 6...

I guess sitting Henne for a year has made him regress. He's looking every bit a rookie in spite of being a year in the league.
September 27th, 2009 at 7:37 PM ^
It has made him regress, because he doesn't look as good as he did in college? This makes no goddamn sense. He hasn't played enough in the NFL to even have a point from which to regress.

a decent job of leading that last drive. He went 6 for 9 and led them to their first TD of the day. Good for him.

truth be told though, Ginn always was more of a downfield threat, and i think with Henne in there, they will unlock that part of the offense. it may take awhile to get online.
with the Phins at 0-3 now, you've gotta think this is the time to see what they've got in Chad H as a starter. I know a lot of Miami fans are very skeptical of his worthiness as the new franchise QB, but best of luck to the guy going forward!
If Miami were smart, they'd go sell out for a guy like Anquan Boldin. I think Ginn would be // Steve Breaston if they had another guy who was a go-to posession receiver. Then, I think Chad would flourish.

bring in Braylon, Avant and put Tacopants on the practice squad.
