They do. Actually watched every one of their games last year. Their defense is legitimately good and their special teams are ok, but their offense is a tire fire. The first half of every game was cool, as the defense was typically dominant. But the offense couldn't score to save their lives. When the defense eventually got worn down from playing (no joke) a 80-20 split of minutes, other teams inevitably ran up the score. They'll be interesting to watch over the next two years, as they had a ton of true sophomores playing this year. It's a really young team and they should stand a chance at making a title run in 2017.

They also have an NFL level punter and some legit defensive backs. Just saying.

Yup. We are unwatchable (went there for undergrad). I don't think we've won more than 3 games in any year since I started going there in 2003. I'm 4th generation at UM, so I've always loved Michigan athletics. Luckily, I didn't have to make a choice when I went to Cornell because Cornell is so terrible at everything (except hockey, wrestling and basketball for 3 years).

Of qualifying the hello posts with PWO. Especially with our history of great ones, Griese and Glasgow just to name two. He's on the team now. Good for him and congratulations.

I disagree.

"Hello: Conner Edmonds" makes everyone scramble, wondering the kid's star rating and who offered him.

He's a walk-on and he should be treated as such when it comes to recruiting coverage. As awesome as it is that Kovacs, the Glasgows, etc. have found a way to make an impact, the vast majority of walk-ons go through their careers without ever being known by anyone except hardcore fans.

watched in the three tapes, but aside from the size he has, that will be added to, I am almost certain his speed is as good as any of our current TEs, although I don't know if Wheately Jr., is going to be a TE or DE.

With the three offers I could find, AF, Cornell and Valparasio tells me he is clearly a project, but it's obvious under the guidance of Harbaugh, the younger, chances are good that he will contribute to what already has to be the largest numbers of TEs on any single roster in cfb. Good pickup imo. And we all know anything we get from a walk-on is simply a bonus. This could be a sizeable bonus.

Do out-of-state PWO get any type of tuition break?  Or in-state PWO for that matter?   For its gotta be brutal to have to pay out of state tuition for these guys, who can get a free ride to a small school.
