Carl Myers. Walk on true freshman. Played in the 4th....

Dwumfour played too. Quite a bit in the 2nd half actually.
The better question is who didn't play today? Has to be a short list right?

with 3 QBs who can start on Saturday's why not red shirt your future star.

We burned so many redshirts I had to post it twice to make the point.

Which is interesting because at signing day he was, after Gary, the player many (including me) thought may have been the surest one to make an impact this year

With how many we graduate after this year, I think any energy expended in conserving redshirts may actually be counterproductive.
Sophomores with a small amount of real-game experience > Redshirt Fresh with zero in-game snaps.
Normally the value lies in redshirting for the future. But in our 2016-to-2017 transition, probably more value in getting those (MANY, MANY) freshman (who could account for almost 1/2 the two-deep in 2017), as many snaps as possible, coming into 2017 with as much experience as possible.

2 big ones.
1) Injuries. A lot out there, but most seem to be pretty minor. The ones that may be serious (but also may not be, we just don't know)
-Braden (doesn't seem like it though)
-Charlton (doesn't seem like it)
-Mone (could be an issue)
-Johnson (didn't play all day)
-Furbush (didn't play all day)
2) Holy burned redshirts. Only ones I can recal not being burned are Peters, Eubanks, Johnson, Spanellis and Walker, although I'm sure there are more.

Ed Cunningham was pretty bad and didn't offer anything to the call. Mike Patrick was fine - I had to laugh and even felt sorry for him a little bit for him not knowing the AFLAC trivia question----when he was the answer.

I think he is one of the best, just voice and description wise. I'll always remember him calling Denard's first touchdown "look at the speed!"

Geez, 3 points allowed, what is coach Brown doing all week?!?! Just kidding. If you watch the replay of that field goal attempt, it looks like Peppers is down by the goal post and is pissed with the made field goal. Love the mentality of this team to give up zero. When the best things the announcers can come up with the whole second half, a good announcing crew nonetheless, is the 2nd string QB for Hawaill challenging the starter, that's not bad.

Other teams this weekend came out completely flat and nearly lost to quite inferior opponenets. Michigan looked fucking good. That's all.

If you look at all the kids that played in this game, you would think there would be SOME mistakes. When even the scrubs are playing hard, mistake-free football, that tells you they are well-coached.

There are four spots for the five P5 leagues if all have non-backed in champions.
A Notre Dame or a Houston, should they be in the mix after the regular season ends, would just add an additional candidate for one of those spots, meaning an additional deserving P5 champion might get left out.
