This is for your thoughts that don't really lend themselves well to categorization.

With how many we graduate after this year, I think any energy expended in conserving redshirts may actually be counterproductive.

Sophomores with a small amount of real-game experience > Redshirt Fresh with zero in-game snaps.

Normally the value lies in redshirting for the future. But in our 2016-to-2017 transition, probably more value in getting those (MANY, MANY) freshman (who could account for almost 1/2 the two-deep in 2017), as many snaps as possible, coming into 2017 with as much experience as possible.

2 big ones.

1) Injuries. A lot out there, but most seem to be pretty minor. The ones that may be serious (but also may not be, we just don't know)

-Braden (doesn't seem like it though)

-Charlton (doesn't seem like it)

-Mone (could be an issue)

-Johnson (didn't play all day)

-Furbush (didn't play all day)

2) Holy burned redshirts. Only ones I can recal not being burned are Peters, Eubanks, Johnson, Spanellis and Walker, although I'm sure there are more.

Geez, 3 points allowed, what is coach Brown doing all week?!?! Just kidding.  If you watch the replay of that field goal attempt, it looks like Peppers is down by the goal post and is pissed with the made field goal.  Love the mentality of this team to give up zero.  When the best things the announcers can come up with the whole second half, a good announcing crew nonetheless, is the 2nd string QB for Hawaill challenging the starter, that's not bad.
