One man can change the world is a terrible song with a terrible attempt at putting together good lyrics. Like some of Big Sean's songs but man are his lyrics hard to listen to sometimes. He makes shit up and puts words in funky spots to try and make it work and it just doesn't

This has been posted multiple times already. I couldn't give a hoot about "Big Sean", who looks pretty little, and creates garbage "music". Take this to MTV.

Let's have a rapper/rappist be part of the Michigan experience. The guys seem to love it so it works. Harbaugh is a celebrity and let's bring in more. Harbaugh is creating the vibe that Michigan is a cool place to be. Shall we deny MJ a field pass when he shows up to promote the program?

Or people who think it's cool because they don't know current hip hop even if people who listen to current hip hop don't think it's anything to brag about.

It's like ignorance with hip hop is a badge of honor around here. Every post is met with 50% of the people going "who?" or "never heard of him."

It's like, don't post then...I'm pretty sure most people don't know 100% of the board topics on this site, but only rap gets the "who?" or "never heard of him."

I'm not defending it, nor am I saying I like it or think Big Sean is any good. But if you're seriously interested in who he is...look him up. He's one of the most famous current, active, "new," rappers/hip hop artists out. There's plenty of content on him and plenty of songs to listen to if you care that much.

Why not educate yourselves or move on if this is you?

All the Young Dudes

It's called the internet...you should try it sometime.

That's what I'm talking about, it literally takes 15 seconds to educate yourself if you actually want to educate yourself like I just did. Rather than taking that 15 seconds to type "who?" and wait for my internet browser to refresh...I chose to educate myself.

So, I'm the arrogant bastard. I suppose that's better than an ignorant (insert a internet tough guy putdown here). Arrogant trumphs ignorance 9 times out of 10 if you ask me.

This thread has been awful. Everyone, young and old and all in between beating their chest about how they don't like rap, or don't like Big Sean or even know who he is. If you don't like him or even know who he is, it would seem this thread wouldn't be for you. All the negativity about something that is a good thing is ridiculous.

Honestly I didn't care for him at all when he first came out but he's improved and has really started to perfect his craft. He has a unique style and is a very talented rapper. The most important thing is he is authentic. He's not out here living a lie and rapping about a life he doesn't live. He gets my respect.

He went to Cass Tech high school.  Pretty popular rapper these days.  Won't go down as the greatest but he is a popular artist.  Recruits will love this.

Said she hears Big Sean everyday in the hallway. So I'm assuming he is very popular amongst the age group that matters.

Regardless of your opinion of rap music, rappers and specifically Big Sean this is cool right?  We get "mad street cred" for this among the current players and recruits right?

I was trying to answer your question on his connection to the program...was trying to show that he's been around more than just this weekend, but I was too lazy to go google search it and repost all the pictures I did on Saturday.

And then I reposted 2 of the pictures like a minute later because I think it's cool to see the guys all charged up seeing someone they idolize.
