Great tribute to Devin

Submitted by PeteM on

I think that Devin will go down as one of Michigan's great quarterbacks when all is said and done.  He's had his ups and downs, but he didn't have the line or running back support that Henne, Brady, Henson or Griese had.  I was impressed that the players wanted to go for 2 -- it reminded me of the 2000 game when the players convinced Lloyd to let Henson bootleg a short yardage touchdown run with obviiously better results.

Devin is maturing as a quarterback, and let's face it, he played much of the season under very difficult circumstances with that O-line.

Yesterday's game shows his true potential.

To anyone who says he's not a great Michigan quarterback, look at the record book. He's definitely one of the best, and next year will be phenomenal.
