Great story!

Good coaches only win games. Great coaches develop winners on and off the field by listening, learning, and teaching, and glory naturally follows. Jay Harbaugh is a great coach, and Michigan is lucky to have him, because this apple did not fall far from the tree.

"Obviously, I know my dad was a big part of me getting the job. I am very privileged. I don't take that lightly. I owe a ton to my parents and grandparents for the opportunities they've afforded me. I want my children to benefit from my life's work in the same way."

Jay Harbaugh is my anti-Jed York.  What's yours?

Met him at the Tampa camp. Jay was super humble and talked about program for 10+ minutes. Very personable and happy person from my limited experience.

Honestly what do you expect? Harbaugh molds boys into men in a few shorts year through he medium of football.  Jay ha been under his wing since birth.  For everything that Harbaugh is and stands for, it's safe to say he is also a great father.  Jay seems humble and self-aware of the priviledges and opportunities afforded to him by his father and has the added motivation to achieve his own success. I always thought he would be a good hire.  He seems a lot like his dad, just a little less crazy/eccentric.
