It was a direct copy/paste from the 247 board post without drilling into the post. The first 3 asterisks were from Wiltfong - however i appended the last 3 - to make it look uniform for some odd reason.

They may be from Wiltfong but it is awfully unusual here. Might be better to drop the direct quote and have the title be something like "Steve Wiltfong says good news coming."

whatever awful thing that happened in EL was described as heinous and horrible and arrests were coming any minute, and the last thing I read was that the Ingham County prosecutor wasn't even ready to put out warrants and wanted more information/evidence. Seems odd that something truly heinous would not be accompanied by plenty of evidence, but maybe the prosecutor is being extra careful. Puzzling, at least to this non-attorney...

Not sure I agree with the logic. Just because its heinous doesn't mean it will have lots of evidence. In fact, with something extemely heinous/attention-grabbing, its probably best to have all of your ducks in a row, no?
