It was a small price to pay for ensuring that northwestern Ohio, although in Ohio, serves essentially as The Neutral Zone between the home territories of two rival fanbases. After all, we got a resource-rich Upper Peninsula, and Ohio essentially got a lot of useless marshlands, at least around the Maumee.

You can characterize the Delio powerslide game or maybe one of the Indiana OT or Minnesota games that way, but those were mostly us playing terribly and then finally righting the ship last minute as opposed to us playing out of our minds and defeating a team that overmatched us but self destructs.

soon to be 23, my michigan fandom really started around 2005. the 2006 game kicked me in the nuts and crushed my 11 year old hopes and dreams. last year, my heart was ripped out by one play. i have been waiting so long to give these fuckers the smack down they deserve. go blue baby! i won't miss a second win or lose.
