In the neverending saga that is Demar Dorsey, i thought it was interesting this post on twitter a few minutes ago...

RT @osgators Seminoles not interested in troubled recruit Demar Dorsey, who is no longer with Michigan @osseminoles http://bit.ly/daiVyp

So, although we are all dissapointed by his departure, seems like it could be the right move if other schools are not interested in his services as well..

That would be awesome...however, even if he goes the JUCO route and does well academically, how likely is it for him to gain admission? Other than Austin Panter, I can't think of any other JUCO players coming to Ann Arbor in the recent past. If we were Kansas State then maybe, but Michigan is traditionally anti-JUCO. It would be the perfect scenario, but I just don't see it happening (not to be a Debbie Downer).

He has BCS programs who are interested in DD.  USC, LSU, Miami are among the suitor to land DD.  Why bother going to JUCO when you're already eligible to play D1 football?  It is a year or two of wasted eligiblity whereas he could've played in other D1 schools.
