Friday Posbang/It's Not Too Early What Are You Drinking Thread
Based, at least in part on the "In Hoke I Trust" thread comments, it looks like the Thursday happy fun time threads are long gone. I'd like the hiatus from constant bitch session, coach/player smashing and transfer rumor mongering to last just a bit longer though. To that end, I'm off work in just under an hour and look forward to some cocktails, a late season BBQ on the deck and a Michigan victory over Nebraska tomorrow. So, cheers to you all (I'd posbang if I could). What are your weekend plans? What libation will be included? And for the love of Michigan, can we leave the MGoJihad stuff out of this thread?

am a Veteran, I am going to various Veterans Day events throughout the weekend, and will be at Ground Zero as well. I am looking forward to hanging out with some other Vets and enjoying a few drinks with them. Hope everyone enjoys the weekend and GO BLUE!!

I just had the wonderful Peanut Butter Stout from the BOB brewery...probably will fill up a couple of growlers this weekend and head out with some pals to (hopefully) enjoy watching the Michigan demolition of Nebraska...if not, at least I still have good beer to drink!

As I am still at work for a few hours, I will have to save the drinking until later unless things get further out of whack, in which case there may have to be an exception. At any rate, there is some Hacker-Pschorr waiting for me in the fridge when I do get home, and I might enjoy it and a pizza with the basketball game tonight on BTN. It's either that or enjoy pizza and beer with the UConn-Louisville game.

A dram (or two) of Talisker Storm. A relatively new NAS (no age statement) whisky from one of my favorite distilleries. "A truly tempestuous malt."
