4-day weekend starts today and tree trimmers will be here to drop 12 problems trees. These are the ones that hang over out-buildings or the fence, are cracked and/or rotting at the base, or are already dead. They're the ones I can't drop safely. To reduce cost and make it affordbale, they will be left in the yard for me to clean up. This wouldn't normally be a problem, but rain.
And more rain. Rain all last weekend had more standing water in my yard than I've ever seen. And it will rain all day today. And tomorrow. It won't be dry until August.
