Friday PosBang and weekend plans thread

So it's officially Friday and the world hasn't ended yet, so what's everyone doing this weekend?

Maybe some bondage with the MGoWife?  Taking the kids ice skating?  Getting drunk until you can't feel feelings anymore?  Hookers and blow?  All of the above?

As for me, I'm going to a friend's birthday party tonight and I'm not happy about it.  Does anyone else think it's weird for adults to celebrate random birthday's?  After you're 21 I think doing big parties every 5-10 years is appropriate.  No one gives a fuck that you're turning 37.

First time parenting classes and touring the delivery area at the hospital. They will show a video with both methods of delivery. I'm 99% certain I'll be passing out both in watching this video and during my wife's delivery.

Off to Boyne with the family.  Hit up Tap 30 in Petoskey tonight - ski Boyne Mountain tomorrow day - hit Petoskey brewing at night - listen to M v State on drive home.  Fun weekend starts in 148 minutes.

I'm going to my father in laws birthday party this weekend, but it's more of just getting family together, will be doing the same for my father next weekend. But, yea throwing a party for someone turning 37 seems a little odd. Hopefully they have good food and beer at least.

Mad would you have the same convo with your friend as in your last paragraph?  If so I think you should have that convo.  Then after you say your piece tell him happy celebration of his birth.  Then have a great time at his celebration!  Time can not be replaced.  Friends, especially good loyal frends are hard to find and few and sometimes far between.  

MH this is just a bit of sarcasm so hopefully my tone is not offputting.  Either way enjoy your Friday and your evening with freinds.

Edit # 2:  I am on the left with one of my best freinds in life!  We are having a beer downtown AA prior to celebrating with the Matt Demorest community before the Indiana game.  

Edit # 3: My niece (my older brother's youngest) is coming over for the first time to enjoy popcorn, games and a movie.  Then taking her to her bowling Saturday morning bowling league.

Hopping on a party bus headed to Mexico for a weekend of debauchery - leaving the kids at home!! Wait...that's what my buddy's doing. I will be hanging back keeping his kin fed, clothed, and reasonably safe while they conspire with my 7 year old to do evil things. It'll be fun.
