That looked like obvious offensive PI.

Though it should be reviewed, not a td for Rutgers.

Terrible officiating.

Rutgers receiver interfered by pushing down the UW corner.  Plus he has down at the 1.

Also, a bad throw by the Rutgers QB. 

What does it add up to?  6 points for Rutgers.

to see Franks throw a pass like that tomorrow.

In the end you can always count on the Utah States of the world to play like the Utah States of the world.

Wisconsin finally wore down Utah State's inferior talent. 

UW not very sharp. but there is a benefit in opening against a roster of 2 stars.

Calm down, Joel Klatt.  This isn't that much better than what Rutgers managed in Seattle last year.
