No, penalty was already being called. Goal waved off due to goalie interference.

The goal was waved off because Kyle interfered with goalie. The penaly wasn't why the goal was waved off.

It isn't goaltender interference because he was hooked into the goalie. If we play the same way we played in the 2nd half of that period, we'll win but we can't let anything in.

Being hooked on the hands didn't impede his skating one bit. He had full control and still barreled into Joel Rumpel.

He didn't have enough room to stop. If he wasn't hooked he would have avoided the goalie by moving sideways but the Badger guy's stick spun him right into the goalie.
