The Frey effect- RT cocked back for USF, no penalty called

I watched a few series in the USF/UWV game and noticed the USF right tackle just shaded back a bit, similar to the way we line up. I assume this is due to the influence of Coach Frey. The big difference is that IT WAS NEVER CALLED AS A PENALTY!!!! I need to go drink more.
