Former Walk-On and National Champ Andy Sechler Saving Children in Liberia

Submitted by HelloHeisman91 on

I have had the pleasure of spending some time with Andy back in the day as he was great friends with a high school buddy of mine that befriended him at M.  I am not sure why I decided to google him today, but I am glad that google yielded a great story.  Andy was featured in an ABC News piece about his efforts to save children in Liberia a few years ago that I think the board will enjoy.  There is a video, but the article itself adds more detail so I am just going to provide a link.

That's a real HERO there!!  What an amazing story.  I love hearing about people sacrificing volintarly to help others less fortunate instead of hearing about all of the Kim Kardashians of the world.  Thanks for sharing an awesome story.

Examples like this really show how much of a sell job was done to produce fabricate his story. This is even better than Kovacs. I wouldn't take a busload of Rudys for either one.
