Forcier Speed Quick Fix

Surprised no one has mentioned this yet but... Watching the Spring Scrimmage Video, its clear to me that if Tate just wore shoes that weren't way to big for him, I think he'd be a hell of a lot faster! Take a look at how big those shoes are. It reminds of the old Bozo the Clown's shoes. It seems like an easy quick fix to me. What say you?
