Individual Ticket Presale Update: The "Under The Lights" game vs. Notre Dame on Sept. 10 is SOLD OUT.

--For those looking to buy tickets today before they hit the general public on Friday, go to this site and enter the Promo code "FOLLOW."  I woke up this morning really hoping to get ND tickets but they failed to say they were for sure sold out.  I looked at OSU tickets this morning and almost pulled the trigger on Section 2 Row 20 but I already have 2 of those and didn't want to be the dick to buy them only to turn around and sell them at a severe markup.

Good God man I feel like my accidental stumble upon visit to MGoblue.com and noticing that waitlist members were able to purchase tickets the Thursday before GenPub went on sale was a total blessing.

I wont lie the thought has crossed my mine if someone walks up to me and says "Here is a $1000 for your two seats" what I would do.....

For the ND game.. if you can buy a ticket in say, for example, section 99 row 143.. and you can find another one in same section and same row... is that a good idea.. you can never see the actual seats.. so it's a guessing game.. I've never tried going this route before... but prices will only get higher..

I hate to the be guy that tries to do that.. and then try and still sit with his buddy... it's a dick move.

Anyone know if the ticket office is open today?  I've been trying to call all morning (explained below) and it's constantly busy.  I mean I'm sure it's a busy day but the phone line has been busy since 8:30am...

My thought / hope was that some of the 700 ND single game tickets were still around and that they were not being offered online (as last week they were not available online but were said to still be available).

Thoughts?

why sell OSU and ND tickets for $85 when it's far below their fair market price?  that money is going straight to scalpers' pockets instead of to the athletic department where it would support our 30-some varsity sports.  I wish they'd raise prices for those games and significantly drop them for Body Bag games, which barely or don't sellout.

I am glad to see the tickets selling out already and hopefully EMU, WMU, and SD St. do too.  I am actually surprised that WMU isn't sold out yet as this is Hoke's first game at Michigan and I for one am taking a week off from work to go to Michigan because I dont want to miss either of the first two games.

kind of a big deal

Anybody know the best way to purchase tix for the Michigan away games?  I'm looking to get tix to the Northwestern game in Evanston.  N'Western's website isn't clear on when they release their single game tickets for sale.  Can we buy them from the UM Box Office?

When do general sale tix usually go out? I've never attended a game in my life, but I live in Texas and fully intend to go to Jerryworld with my wife and kids and witness us vs Alabama next year. When do neutral venue tix usually go out to the public? I always wanted my first game ever to be at the Big House, but I just can't pass up the chance to drive a few hours and see the our boys kick some Tide tail.

just a curious question. i have never been to an osu/michigan football at Michigan. I am a huge Michigan fan and have been to an osu/mich game in Columbus. Why does it seem that in Columbus the stadium is full of osu fans and not too many michigan fans. and the michigan fans that are there, you cannot hear them in the stands. but i have noticed just from tv, it seems like ohio state fans invade michigan stadium. you can even hear them chanting ohio!!! How does this happen? Does all of the Michigan fans sell their tickets to osu fans or what??? I hate seeing the Big House full of red!!!!!!!!!!

sick to my stomach to hear the O H I O chant going around our stadium.

edit: I haven't put them up on the spreadsheet yet but I have a pair to ND I need to sell. SEC 9 row 23.

Well, I have a few theories.  I feel like OSU fans can be heard at The Big House because over the last few years A.) We've had nothing to really cheer about and B.) Our fans, quite frankly, haven't been as loud in recent years.

As for why you never see/hear UM fans at Ohio Stadium....well, UM fans don't really want to go to Ohio Stadium for fear of putting their life in the hands of rabid and ignorant OSU fans who have a tendancy to get violent when they see someone not wearing scarlet and grey in their stadium....that goes for the Navy fan I saw get his ass beat 2 years ago outside of Thirsty Scholar.

i just wish they wouldnt get ahold of the tickets in the first place. i wish michigan fans would hold onto their tickets for that game instead of selling them, which i assume is one of the things happening

and i know what you mean about not wanting to go into ohio stadium as a michigan fan. i did that when i was 13 and needless to say, my mother had to get me out of there at halftime lol

I was in there in 2008 and 2009 for all the home games.  Fun, fun...[involuntary facial twitch]...times.  2010 was just BGSU in person, but I watched a bunch of games streaming on my computer for the first time.

Anyways, I got my tickets for 2011: Purdue, row 31 on the visitor's side, and Nebraska, row 11 on the home side.  I'm really excited--I got to row 13 in the student section senior year.  I didn't get access to the server until 8:39, and even then I had to keep entering the promotional code to get access to the single game sales.  I checked Ohio State in maybe a dozen different sections, but it always said that it was unable to reserve a ticket for me.  Oh well.  I could even make it a day trip if I wanted with a 5 AM wakeup call or something.
