All these young men coming in from his former program seem to be outstanding young men, in addition to fine football players. There will be "individuals" in any program, normally those that receive the majority of the spotlight. However, both Peppers and Gary, standing where the lights couldn't be much brighter, have earned the respect of the staff and their teammates. Thinking Coach P. had a lot to do with their maturing coming out of h.s.

On the State Street sidewalk last Sunday. Wasn't sure who the other guy who he was with was, think he was a teammate. But here's no mistaking Rashan Gary. "Staying low" will be a bit of a challenge for him.

We are sure getting a heavy dose of Spread teams. Penn State will do the same. We will get better and better at stopping it and OSU will be easier as a result. Don Brown makes me just as excited to watch for strategy on defense as I usually am about offense

He's "TRYING" to fit in?  I'd say he's pretty snugly entrenched after just two weeks.  Sometimes I think headline writers don't bother to read the article before tagging it.  But what a great person he is.  No ego -- the team, The Team, THE TEAM!
