S/O to Shane Morris (@S_Morris12) - winner of the Day 2 Golden Gun Accuracy Challenge @Elite11 #GoBlue

Asiantii Woulard and Shane Morris showed a lot today @Elite11. Woulard battled thru groin to have great day and Shane passed Dilfer's test

Just a couple of tweets showing how it went.
I wonder what Dilfer's test was, though.

It's a good comparison for right now, but we won't know the real answer for a few years.  I read that at Cal, Tedford only had him read half the field to simplify things.  For all we know, Shane could be much better at reading defenses and anticipiting throws.  Hopefully he's a hybrid of Boller and Bernie Kosar.

Shane is on average, 16.75 spots behind in the overall rankings in the four major recruiting sites. Nobody considers Shane to be above Morris. And it's not like either haven't camped much or been seen a ton. Both have been heavily scouted, so there's reason to believe that Browne is ahead of Morris up to this point.

JC Shurburtt- Probably think Morris (accurate with the big arm) then Olsen and Browne, along with Ramsey were the best in this session today.

Charles Power- Shane Morris caps off that session with a dart across the middle.

I really hope Shane can take the great showing at camps this summer and put together a great final senior year, De La Salle sounds like they may have an improved receaving core for Shane to work with this fall.

I guess 2 years mentoring the best HS QB's in the country, top college QB's coming back to help and still taking tips from him, and his experience actually breaking down film as both a player and analyst do nothing for him.

Remind me of the last time Skip Bayless broke down film or knew what it was like to ever play a sport at a competitive level?

I read an article in which Dilfer stated that he wanted to see if Shane could throw the ball with accuracy "away from his arm". That could be what was meant by passing Dilfer's test seeing as how Shane won the accuracy contest today.

Just wondering, what is Mike Farrell's football background?  I'm just wondering what experience made him this respected high school football scout.

Today's hands down best performer was Zac Greenlee. Anticipation, zip, accuracy, consistency. Came alive in 7on. He just gets it.

4th group struggled in its entirety.IMO 1. Danny Etling 2. JT Barrett 3. Shane Morris 4. Zach Greenlee

One service has a guy as the best overall hands down. One has him as the worst in the group that struggled the most. Buh.
