This is the year! -signed every Michigan fan for the last decade

Really though, if we cant get it done this year, we never will. Senior QB who's one of the nations best, very good to elite OL (for a change), elite WR's, very good TE's, quality RB's, elite special teams.

If Donny Brown can continue to exceed expectations on defense, there is no reason we shouldn't go 11-1 and win the Big Ten.

I think the MSU one is good. Their O isn’t going to improve much. Even if our D regresses a bit, they are going to have their classic output against us of: 1 trick TD and hoping for missed tackles.

Assuming we actually put “speed in space,” no average team is going to be able to contain all of our weapons.

I have to believe the -6.5 to OSU is only because of two things: 1) we finally have the coaching advantage (for the first time since 2000!) and 2) it's a home game (not that this aspect has mattered one bit against them, though).

Please explain to me how we have a coaching advantage.

When it comes to football, we have advantages over OSU in absolutely nothing until the final score indicates otherwise. They have the talent advantage, coaching advantage, mentality advantage, you name it. Home-field advantage hasn't meant a damn thing for us in 20 years, and OSU has the massive psychological advantage of knowing they can come back from double-digit deficits and still beat us. They have the psychological advantage of knowing that they can play like dogshit all season, and then come into the Michigan game, have the lightswitch finally go on, and beat us the worst we've been beaten in the history of the rivalry. They know how to win this game. Michigan only knows how to lose it.

Sorry man, but you need to pump your brakes on Michigan having any kind of advantage over OSU.

Day is unproven but he also is shedding some of they shackles of Meyer in getting rid of the entire defensive staff except Larry Johnson.  They had a historically bad D last year, that won’t continue.  While the offense likely won’t be quite as prolific, it shouldn’t need to be without the sh*tshow of a defense they had on the field last year.

Someone thinks we're going to get our offense up to the level of our defense this year.  This puts tremendous pressure on the spring game.  I hope Harbaugh and Gattis can handle it.  Speed in space, baby!

Can anyone square this book having these lines and simultaneously having Michigan +300 to make the playoffs?

Did I miss us putting the Chargers and Bears on the schedule?

Best coach and staff in modern football era and favorable schedule - no reason we wont go undefeated and win the national championship this year, and these lines reflect that.

At this point there is no reason Michigan should be favored against OSU, even at home. I would have no problem betting on OSU to win even with Day as a first year head coach. This is Harbaugh’s last stand.

These lines are insane to draw early betting.  Nobody believes UM will carry these lines into the season.  Vegas is about separating you from your money, not accurately predicting outcomes 8 months prior to the games.
