Do We Practice In Bad Weather?

Now that we have a beautiful indoor practice facility, do we ever practice outdoor in bad weather?

After watching Brady excel and Sanchez do horribly in bad weather, is it important to practice in bad weather to get used to it?

Anyone know if M deliberately goes outdoors to practice in bad weather to simulate probable game conditions?

If there is a particular condition that the coaches want the guys to get experience in, I would say yes. Rain, snow, cold or what have you.

I think the indoor practice facility's biggest benefit is in getting down new plays and concepts soundly, without worrying about conditions.

Is so revolutionary it has a "Weather Machine" that can re-create weather ranging from the frigid conditions of the Arctic (OK--one deficiency--it still is not as cold as Minnesota) to the extremely high temperatures found on the surface of the Sun.

And just for good measure, the Glick Facility can also duplicate the sulphuric acid rain found on the planet Venus. Just in case.

Some people think Glick is cool because it is the tallest indoor practice facility. They have no fucking clue.

2nd hand info, but one of my friends who still lives in the area claims that he has seen them practice in bad weather. Not surprising, we don't get to move the game indoors when the weather sucks.

I live directly across from the practice facility and see the team practicing outside 2-3 times a week. It's been pretty cold these last two weeks and at least one time that I can remember they were outside in a light rain.

They practice as much as they can outside while still getting good solid reps in. When the quality of the reps or focus of the team is more on the conditions, it is time to move inside.
