Devin Bush Appreciation Thread

As we welcome our next class of Wolverines let's take a minute to appreciate the best linebacker we've had in a long, long time. Thanks Devin!

It was great to watch him play. Best linebacker I’ve ever seen at Michigan in my 12 years as a fan. I think it’ll be apparent next year how spoiled we are when everything sideline to sideline suddenly isn’t immediately shutdown like it has been the last 2 seasons. Good luck in the league Devin

Concur.   It was total joy watching Devin go sideline to sideline all out for Michigan.  It hurt seeing him get hurt at OSU.  Great player, great teammate, thank you Devin.  You will always have a lot of people pulling for you in everything you do, and good luck in the NFL !

His freshman year, special teams, while in the stands I looked for him and he just hit a guy with such violence I told my wife  Devin was going to be special. My favorite player to watch the last three years for sure.

Best of luck and congratulations. I see Baltimore or Pittsburgh linebacker for 10 years written all over Devin Bush Jr.

Stud! Dude! Freak! Incredible! Unreal! .....I have called him all of these things.

Best linebacker at Michigan in a long, long time! His ability to play at such a high level is unmatched. I wish we had 10 other defenders that brought it on every play like Devin brought it! He will forever be one of the greats and always remembered for what took place in East Landfill.

Bring this young man back for a pre-game speech every year for the MSU game.

Best of luck in the NFL!

Devin will be one of the players I remember watching when I’m gray and old talking about Michigan football when I was a young guy. Absolute beast.

also, somehow Bama’s #1 LB is returning for his senior year even though his a projected first round draft pick, Mack Wilson is his name. How Saban??? HOW???

Definitely going to miss that guy - he's a hell of a sideline-to-sideline player that has a ton of talent.

Thanks for everything you've done to make the D as good as it was!

Great player and even better young man. As fans it’s been our pleasure to watch him play in the maize and blue. Good luck to Devin at the next level—we’ll all be rooting for him.

While Gary and Winovich were stars in their own right, Devin Bush was the ringleader, the heart and soul, and leader of our Defense. He is going to go down in Michigan football history as one of the best Linebackers and players our football team has ever had.

Good luck D-Bush! Thank you for all that you have given to us. Now go out and get that $$$!

He was by far the best player on the field the one game I watched live at the stadium this year. Kid has a nose for the ball and can flat accelerate. He was a badass.

In my seat in Columbus I could see up the Michigan tunnel to the door of the locker room. It took Devin and the trainer a good 15 minutes to make it to the locker room after his injury. Sometime later in the game I could see Devin trying to warm up to get back into the game but he went down to one knee as he just couldn’t fight through the pain. Devin gave his all for Michigan in that game and every game. Godspeed

The GM's that pass on him in the first round will live to regret it.  This guy gives everything on every play.  Sideline to sideline he has the speed and the will to be the best linebacker in football.

Him stomping out the MSU logo was one of our best moments, almost as good as having his stellar play! He did indeed shut down everything sideline to sideline when he was here, as Ihglrkwg noted, and our defense will sorely miss that, as well as his ability to call out plays
