it is quite a feat that he is so down to earth after all his fame to be down to support other sports he isnt even involved with. I mean I would think not many starting much less star quarterback of a major university that shows this much love for a school like Denard shows all the time. I love this kid and all he brings to the university

Who's that woman standing in the upper left corner? How does she not have a smile on her face?

Also, Denard is awesome. It's rare that you see the biggest guy in the city just acting like a normal guy

Denard always talks about how he never goes online or looks at media related things anyway so I imagine that helps in staying grounded. That being said, that chick in the upper left is eyeing the Denard and that girl like its the last cookie in the jar

Met him at a small house get-together with less than 5 peeps in the room. He is definitely as nice as he comes across. He introduces himself to everyone.

He's never had a 'drink' in his life and is all smiles.

He truly LOVES Michigan and his time in AA.

Lets enjoy him while we can because he is a special Michigan Man, and will go down as one of our greatest ever players and persons.

and smiling down on Denard from football's Valhalla and thinking that amidst all the turmoil of the 2007-2010 years there are still Michigan Men here, doing things the right way, and that one of the best of that group emerged out of that turmoil!

Denard strikes me a guy who realizes that he's got only a year left in college and wants to experience all of it before he moves on.  Good for him.

I also find his random appearances at University athletic functions as strangely comforting for the coming season.  I feel like he's gotten to the point where has good command of Borges offense that he has a little free time to kick back and enjoy all U of M has to offer.

The 3 guys around Denard are like "dude, he can pull in whatever he wants without even trying". The chick to the left in the picture is like "You _itch, stop trying to steal my man".

He'd probably show up!

I wrote this in another thread, but he has a ready-made post-football career.  Just go around town and show up at events: a wedding rehearsal dinner, retirement party, store grand opening, the dentist's office, Wendy's drive-thru, etc.  Who wouldn't love to see Shoelace!
