The Death of the POSBANG?
It took me 12 months to figure out what the letters “POSBANG” stood for. And now that I have, has the new site done away with the voting function? SIAP (I figured that one out too), but how can we NEG trolls and POS UMBig11 inside tips if there are no green and red arrows on 3.0? Hopefully they’re planning to restore?
From what I understand, the module that controls voting is working on the main page but not on the board and the intention is to address the problem. I think Seth said it was 100% functional up until launch, so hopefully it is fully restored soon enough.

Is there an option to private message other users? After the upgrade I had to reset my password (likely from the android app locking me out) and it stated something about users being able to message you. This or a notification when people replied to my (very few) comments would be the features I dream about.
Also, the ticket spreadsheet stick lost the most recent update, and I no longer have the ability to edit it. I'll try from a pc tomorrow.

Have you guys considered sending out a mass email to the users letting them know how to clear the cache to get to the new site. I would have never known if i hadnt gone looking for info on twitter, and i know alot of the old timers dont use twitter.

I always thought it was a compound term of the roots "POS" as in upvote and "BANG" as in smashing the upvote button (or the double entendres we always use on here).

My attempt to embed a video from YouTube (a version of "The Victors") by first clicking on the "Source" button, then pasting the embed code for the video and then clicking on the "Save" button did not work.
Looking forward to the day when posting embedded videos and tweets on MGoBlog can be as easy as it was a week ago.
