Man I hope this is true.

A credible source on the Edge of the Internet is actually saying that the news is Ed Warriner to be OC of MSU, but that is hasn't been confirmed yet so he's still working on confirmation.

1)  Pep going to be OC at MSU--LOL.

2)  MD retiring from MSU--awesome.

3)  Warriner going to be OC at MSU--cry in my beer for a solid month.

And then Graham Couch tweets out just now that actually NO new blood on MSU's offensive coaching staff, just reorganizing responsibilities among the same guys.  Re-arranging chairs on the deck of the Titanic so to speak....

You need to understand something. If this happened, I would laugh so hard and for so long that I would be committed to an insane asylum where I wouldn't even be allowed to watch college football. And I wouldn't care. Because I would know that all is right with the world beyond my four white walls.

"With all the stupidity and tone deafness that has gone on at MSU over the last 2+ years, we've decided no one will actually be up in arms if we bring back Corley, Vance, and King since the Nassar thing has basically been glossed over by 75% of the University. We tried to get Robertson back too, but will wait until his trial is over...

... I'm off to Florida to golf with Warner. See ya next fall."

I think it would be odd to have a press conference to announce departures.  It seems like you would wait to announce hirings.  Makes me guess this is him retiring. If he comes back he knows he will most likely end with a losing record to JH.  At least now he can save face with 2-2.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'd take MSU's approach of "throw fades down the sideline to our WRs all day" over whatever the hell we saw this year.

We have 3 Felton Davis type guys and at least Warner would throw up prayers to him. Now, it was because he didn't know what the fuck else to do buuuttttt...... ignore that and just focus on the "throw the ball to WRs" aspect of it.

Edit: Obviously this is some hyperbole and joking. I just really want to see guys who can run fast and jump high... run fast and jump high.

So, if people were upset with only scoring 39 against Ohio State, they must be ecstatic that we have now hired the co-architect of the Alabama offensive game plan that managed 16 points against Clemson.
