Dantonio: I've Done Nothing Wrong and I'm Not Retiring

Submitted by BursleyHall82 on January 26th, 2018 at 7:51 PM

Dantonio just read a statement at the Breslin Center saying, of course, that he did nothing wrong, that he's a great guy, and that he runs a clean program. He then took a direct question, asking if he was retiring, and he said no.

Did not address any specific allegations in the ESPN story, of course.

Pride comes before the fall. Dantonio still thinks he's in the "pride" phase.

When people don't want to believe legitimate reporting, it's "fake". Defamation? Really?

Fucking delusional, desperate assholes. I don't know what I would do if something of this measure or scope would happen at UM. But I would probably start with accepting the FACT that my favorite school, in FACT, stood for a culture that all humans should inherently, and vehemently, oppose.

Time to hang up the fucking hat. This isn't about sports. It's not about rivalries. It's not about fucking trophies or "your pride". It's about the systematic cover up of rape, assault and child molestation. Burn your gear and any loyalty to an institution that spit in the face of its victims. In fact, burn that mother fucker to the ground. It's more than justified at this point.

I actually found my way over there briefly as well, and probably found the most ridiculous thread, even for sparty.

This guy was claiming that he has a family member with "deep ties to UM" who told him this whole thing was paid for by Michigan PR in order to bring down MSU football and basketball.

It is a full blown shit show at this point.

Been saying this all along. They're rightly mortified with having a child molester operating freely on their campus for 20 years, but they are way, WAY more concerned about someone coming after their precious Mork and Ewok. You are about to see the definition of "insanely irrational" and so it's no surprise they are projecting all this on their deepest animus--the University of Michigan.
