Crystal Ball Updates: Murphy, Nordin, Tagaloa, and Asiasi

Submitted by Indonacious on

Board of potential recuits may be thinning out a little bit based on how some of the crystal ball picks have been going.

Connor Murphy (DE): Last 3 picks were made for USC.
Quinn Nordin (K): Last pick made for USC.
Boss Tagaloa (DT): Last couple picks for UCLA
Devin Asiasi (TE): Last pick in for UCLA

I don't know man, maybe it's just me, but THE _ KNOWLEDGE sucked too. Let me say here we don't need to be using a schollie on a kicker. If Nordin uses up some other team's scholarship I'm good. The rest of those players I want. I'm afraid recent talk round these parts (not saying on Mgoblog specifically, but in our airspace) that Murphy would be moved to OT hasn't helped us. I think he sees himself on D. But whadda I know?

I think the real question is who is putting in these ballz. If some of the Michigan guys are doing it, i think there's more weight to it. Three days out from signing day means that more than likely those last minute ballz will start trickling in. I thought I heard about a potentially bad note on Murphy, but the rest of those guys are a bit of an unknown.

There's nothing wrong with our finishing with a class between 5 and 7.  If you look at our last 10 classes, it's a huge improvement and I believe that we'll continue our upward trend.  My guess of #7 isn't just because I don't believe we'll get everybody that we have on deck but also because there are classes just ahead of or behind us that I think will have stronger overall finishes.

just went for a little private flight, if that. The video only shows him sitting on the plane while its grounded. But the way things are going with all the attention given to recruiting it is probably only a matter of time until a skydiving commitment happens.

That's almost 39%! Which is almost 40%! ..... Which is almost 100%! We have no shot. That guy is never wrong! Bye, Quinn Nordin. We'll always have the news stories of Harbaugh's first overnight visit, at least.

You round up like my wife when she argues, especially if she wants something or doesn't want ME to have something. Sometimes I doubt her, but she does have a minor in statistics.
