"As I watched 35 schools recruit my son, I would put Michigan at the top of the integrity scale when it came to recruiting."

"I was tired of hearing about all the rules. It was like dealing with the IRS."

RR couldn't have written a better script. GO BLUE!!!

Gee, somehow I don't think that this is one of the mysterious "four parents" that Rosenberg claims he interviewed. How embarrasing for the Free Press.

I can just see Rosenberg's next article shaping up:

Roh's father confirmed the allegations, stating that his son learned of the workouts "that were required," which would cause him to be "pushed to the limits." Little did he know just how far he'd be pushed. Dealing with Rodriguez was as unpleasant as "dealing with the IRS." If Roh wanted to go to class during the summer, instead of working out, "it was on his dime," forcing Roh to pinch pennies to survive. Rodriguez made it clear that "nobody . . . had . . . free time." The halcyon days of Lloyd Carr, in which football players were the true embodiment of Joe College, balancing rigorous academic pursuit with wholesome sporting pleasure, were over forever.
