Alabama winning pretty much all, but guarantees that UCF finishes as the #1 ranked team on The Colley Matrix, and potentially on the Wolfe Rankings. Both are one of the 40+ NCAA-recognized "national champion major selectors."

UCF is a good team but I think they would've been smoked by Alabama last night. The transitive property almost never works in college football.
Alabama was a far less healthy team when it played Auburn in November. Georgia was not the same team in the SEC title game against Auburn compared to when they played three weeks before. Auburn was wildly inconsistent all year. Looked like world-beaters one week and then couldn't get out of their own way the next. Teams change from week to week. UCF was a good team this year, maybe they get past Oklahoma, UGa or Clemson (a big maybe), but they would never get past Alabama. UCF might catch them off-guard for a few series, but in no world could UCF's defense ever slow down what we saw last night. And few are better than Saban at second-half adjustments.
Bigger, faster, stronger in every phase of the game.
