Confirmed: The Peters era has begun

Submitted by killerseafood3 on

Harbaugh confirmed Peters is the new starting QB going forward. Probably doesn't need a new thread, neg me if you want.

I was one of the people who did not think Peters should play, but I will happily eat crow as far as Saturday goes. The first thing I noticed was how he went through his progression on the first pass he dropped back for. Improved protection was obviously a factor, but the kid looked good. I hope he has a great week of practice and follows up with another solid performance.

Really happy for Peters. Maybe it was his bare knees, but I couldn't help thinking, "Knock on wood he stay's healthy, but he's one play away from JOK going right back out there." Hopefully this helps both continue to develop.November is going to be an interesting month for Michigan fans.

Looked poised in the pocket. Got out when he had too. Moved up in the pocket nice. Had a couple of iffy throws I think he would want back. But, I was pleased. Minnesota has a top 20 total D. So next week will be the big gauge. Go Blue!

I'm going to keep my opinion close to the vest because of inconclusive evidence is being presented for an over picture. Jumping even gets Frogger killed

To the University of Michigan Football team and anyone remotely representing the football team. For calling the coaches out, the qb out, the OC out while attacking anything or anyone I felt remotely responsible for leaving John O’Korn on the football field. So after the first interception and after fumble #1, I was nearly brought to tears, fumble #2, was when I had nothing good to say about this football teams fortunes this year like wondering whether the team would or could or should play in a bowl game. When I start coming up with a new meaning for phrases like woulda, coulda, shoulda, it’s time to pack it in. I was hiding under my blanket when #18 trotted out on the field. When I heard the crowd roar I knew what was happening. #18 The results prove that other Freshman have nothing over on ours.
