Texas is so so overrated. I can’t believe pollsters put them at 9 with a straight face. Lost to Maryland, barely beat Tulsa, get in a shootout with an OU team and blow a 3 TD lead but still eke out a win (and thats an OU team that barely beat Army).
So do OU and Texas both suck? NAH. TOP TENNN FOR BOTH BABBYYYY

They beat a team that used to be top 5. They also lost to a 3-2 team that just got housed by Michigan.
Texas is fine, but the Big 12 looks sorta bad right now (TCU is down, Okie St is down, OU had to fire it's DC) outside of WVU, and who even knows about them yet. But Texas has been back for 5 years now and always find a way to screw it up.

It looked like an M-ND game of the last decade. Ok both teams are ranked but should they really be ranked that high?
OU struggled mightily with Army. You think Bama does? Do you think we do? Texas’ resume is weak and it hinges on the perception that TCU was good and the perception that OU is top 5. TCU looks like a 7-5 team. OU looks fine, but I don’t think theyre title contenders

He's been part of Gameday since the start, what, 25 years ago (or so). He's got great friends on the staff - especially Herbstriet. And fans largely love him. He had a stroke several years ago, and I think this is one of the things that keep him going. He'll be on the set as long as he wants to be.
I used to hate him, but he's grown on me. I'd miss him now...

Corso MADE Gameday. He hasn't been the same since the stroke, but I agree I'd miss him too much if he was gone. It just wouldn't feel like Gameday. It is a little sad seeing him now when you remember the manic energy and zazz he brought. But I still love the guy.

I read an article about this a few years back (searched briefly but couldn't find to link) about how everyone knows his mental capacities have been on the decline, due both to age and his stroke.
But to the College Gameday folks, he's family. And much like you include family, cover for them, help them find the words they mean to say when they can't speak them on their own, the guys have no problem doing it for Corso and taking care of an older man whom they love and consider like family.
Will look again later (or if someone else knows what I'm referring to, please reply with link) but it's a GREAT story about how we should treat one another.

If I were a betting man I would say that Kemp plays without a doubt. Dwumfour suits up (possible), Solomon suits up (possible), and Gary is downgraded to questionable. Might not go or very limited.
