My eye spies a tomahawk ribeye.

Dang.  Light eating for a Tuesday night...I'll just go cry in my baked chicken breast and cauliflower 'rice'/

Wait, what?

There is an absolutely enormous amount of evidence that alcohol harms the baby.  there is no evidence whatever that there is a 'safe amount' of alcohol that women can consume during pregnancy.  Even researchers who have authored studies showing that some pregnant women can drink some alcohol and not cause measurable short-term damage to their babies recommend that women consume no alcohol whatever during pregnancy, as is known by anyone who keeps up with the latest research.

There seems to be a significant confounding problem (comorbid smoking, drug use) in meta-analyses, and measuring neuro/cognitive development up to 2 years.

Since there is evidence that EtOH consumption during pregnancy can cause fetal harm, and safe levels of consumption can't be established due to conflicting data, ACOG and CACOG recommend no drinking.  The UK recommends no drinking in the 1st trimester.

Love it. I read this response to my wife. She hated that she was shamed into not even having a SIP of wine during pregnancy, so she would settle for mocktails. However, even mocktails ended when we were celebrating our anniversary in her third trimester and a woman at a table over had the audacity to tell her she was endangering her child. I about fucking lost it, and only kept it together because it was our anniversary.
