Claussen cell phone ineligible ?

Anyone have any news on J Claussen being ineligible for appearing on an ad for ringtones ? There was a small blurb about this on College Gameday live, but they didn't go into detail.

Anyone ?

He Is not ineligible. They announced it during the PTI timeslot yesterday (Why are they doing these SC Specials? There is nothing to report about!). The phone company took the photo from some kind of public database, so he didn't recieve any money from them.
