The sauce they are cooking at SBNation right now is basically a by-the-books reduction of what's been flapping around here for the past 2 weeks.  They even included the tie situation:

Also, one comment on the page recommends that Harbaugh drops a mix-tape because nobody will ever see it coming.  I tend to agree.

So, in summary, if you have been living under rock for the past 2 weeks, please read every link on that page ten times.  Then you will be pretty much caught up.

one of the links in the SBNation piece (here) was the following:
College players, usually full-time college students, can only ("only") practice for 20 hours a week, tops.
Michael "Do you have any idea what 'countable hours' are" Rosenberg, is that you? (Actually, it's a guy named Jason Kirk. If he had been forced to cheer for M the last 7 years, he would never have made a mistake like that one.)
