Here's to hoping Breaston can pull a Desmond two Sundays from now!

If the Cardinals can do it with that owner, could the Lions with Ford? A guy can dream, right?

the Eagles got absolutely hosed on the non-calls. Some pretty tasty home-cooking for the Cardinals served up by the zebras.

First, the contact on the last play was negligible. Second, how can you say the Cardinals got the calls when they recovered an onside kick on the Eagles 20 that the zebras called out of bounds? The league issued a statement at half-time saying the refs missed the call.

Yeah, after that hideous call on the kick that wasn't out of bounds, I don't think the Eagles have room to complain about any no-calls. The way the Cardinals were rolling at that point, that had a great chance to be 7.

This.
The "we know we fucked up, but we already blew the whistle, so fuck you" explanation is always great.

Victor Hobson and Jerame Tuman. They both were signed by the Cardinals within the past 3 weeks. The Cardinals are Wolverine-heavy. It's not a coincidence they are off to Tampa.

I always remember there's a Wolverine playing receiver for the Cards and I always forget that it's Breaston and think it's Adrian Arrington. Weird. Anyway good for them; and also Big E, UVA's own Elton Brown. A Cards-Steelers Super Bowl would be fun, there's Wolverines and Hoos on both teams.

You might think it's Arrington because they have a running back named J.J. Arrington. I used to think Adrian Arrington played for them as well due to this confusion. However, he plays for the Saints.

"You might think it's Arrington because they have a running back named J.J. Arrington."
That's exactly why....when the announcers keep saying "Arrington" and you know there's a Michigan receiver on the team, well....only makes sense, right?

Pittsburgh is the team getting hosed by the refs at the moment. Terrible call overturning Holmes' first touchdown and now a shaky PI call keeps a Ravens drive alive.

The roughing the punter call will even things up.

Wow ... that call was as bad as the kick out of bounds call in the first game. A 15-yard penalty for that? At least it didn't result in any points.

Larry Fitzgerald is goddamn beast. That is all.
